Wellbeing is a mindset

 It is a fact that a great number of people check their phone the moment they wake up in the morning.

Before they appreciate the fact that they opened their eye to a new day, in a warm bed, safe and sound, they "allow" hundreds of voices, images, views and people to "enter" their bedroom and their mind.

Wellbeing is a mindset.
It's not only about eating vegetables, drinking water and taking a walk.
It's about physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Give yourself a minute to be well and give thanks. To connect, empathize and smile. Remember, nothing is for granted.

So let us start our week by giving one minute to enhance our wellbeing and smile to life.
